“Sound from a limestone beach on Washington Island in Wisconsin. The stones on the shoreline have fallen from nearby cliffs and been polished over hundreds of years. On a windy day, the sound of the withdrawing water after each wave produces a highly articulated sound, like giant marbles in water.”
