“Cairo is usually thought of as one of the busiest and most chaotic cities in the Arab world, and that is true. But many people are trying to escape the hustle by moving to quieter places such as Taggamo3 (New Cairo) which is a relatively new extension of the city that is mostly known for its higher class residents. “Quiet” then has its price but it really depends whether you consider it a privilege or an irritating emptiness.”
